QuoteChaser (quote follow-up drafting from your Gmail Sent folder) collects the minimum personal information needed to deliver the service. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

Your name, business name, and email address.
Read-only access to your Gmail Sent folder (revocable at any time), used only to detect quotes you have sent.
Draft follow-ups and suppression preferences.

How we use it

To deliver the product you paid for and the receipts for it.
To send the reminders, alerts, or drafts the product promises: nothing else, no marketing list.
To respond if you contact us.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We never use your documents or data to train models without your explicit consent.
We never contact anyone else on your behalf. The product drafts; you send.

Storage and retention

Drafts and suppression preferences are kept while your subscription is active. Gmail access is read-only and revocable by you at any time; revoking it stops all processing immediately. On cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask for deletion. Email hello@quotechaser.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it, and current customers are notified by email.
