How we verify this guide
What we check
- Spam Act 2003 (Cth), for the commercial electronic message rules
- ACMA guidance on commercial messages
How often
Templates are re-checked against the Spam Act whenever the guidance changes, and on a scheduled pass at least twice a year.
What "[verified YYYY-MM-DD]" means
A tag of [verified 2026-09-28] means the cited primary source was opened on that date and the section was confirmed to say what the guide says it says. It does not promise the source has not changed since: the date tells you how fresh the confirmation is.
